I want today to talk about points you need to consider when going in the vending machine business, so here we go these are my list of vending machine business pros and cons .
One of the advantages of a Vending Machines Business is that once you achieve a good steady income and a good flow of business, traffic and deman of your product, it is in fact money in the bank. This means that in 85% you will not see your income affected, unless it is based on a strange external factor (like change int the demographics on in your location)
Having a Vending machine business creates a regular income based in repetitive business. What I’m trying to say, is that a lot of people that use a vending machine uses the vending machine more than once, this means that one a vending machine business has been situated and accepted by locals as a “normal” part of their everyday life, these customers will repeat using the machine. This again guarantees your income and revenue.
Depending of the type of vending Machine you own / you have stocking the machine is easy, and keeping up with products and the demand
Obviously the cons of a vending machine, is that location is everything, if you invest your money and you don’t get the location, you will loose time and money.
Vending machines are not cheap, so if you want tostart a vending machine business, you need to have a good deposit to invest in the machine itself, installation and obviously the renting of the location: so be smart, have an outlay before you go and buy the first machine you find.
Vending machines can be cheated, and many of them (specially old ones) can be vandalise, so again this is a problem and some of the risks of having a vending machine.
For me having a vending machine is a dream mainly because I can generate some passive income, with a little amount of work, but if you decided to go for something like a floral vending business machine, then it will require from you more and more time, than a normal machine.
